The card was damaged with a crease and bend the size of a thumb. I paid $140; the card is worth $40 in that condition. The seller refused to refund with a return stating that “he can’t just refund everyone who is unhappy with their purchase. I originally thought the damage was in shipping, but I took screenshots of the crease in his binder and where it was visible from the back by pausing the stream. We take card condition very seriously and make every effort to accurately represent each item we sell. At the time of sale, the card was shown both front and back under bright lighting, and no visible damage was present. This is also reflected in the video receipt. Additionally, the cards in the binder were not shown on stream, so we’re unclear on the concern being referenced there. We’re happy to review this further with you if needed.
