Reviews (3)I bumped into this new seller’s stream and ended up winning several items – all arrived just fine, and both inner and outer packaging were quite well packed.
A few positives that stood out and worth sharing: 1) It’s hard to gain traction, audience, and buyer confidence as a new seller. This seller recognized he would have to be make some sacrifice to sell at marginally discounted priced to draw attention and build a follower base. This suggests that he’s trying to build a channel for the longer term, rather than a one-and-done.
2) Recognizing that the USPS delayed shipment occured after it entered the stream of movement (as it all too common), he was courteous to send a kind message regarding the delay, along a note of thanks for the purchase. While he didn't have to do this, it was well received and thoughtful.
As a frequent buyer, these “little things” convey a bigger message that help reinforce confidence. don't know why I bought this! It's as advertised Thank you so much for my gaming token it’s absolutely beautiful and shipping was fast will definitely come back /users%2F7779438%2Fstore%2Fa0d7abce-e16b-4510-8ada-57b49c77d9d8.png)
