I really wanted to support this business, but my experience has been disappointing.I ordered hoodies & received t-shirts instead. ordered 36 polo tshirts and they only sent 12 The seller has not resolved either issue despite my follow-ups. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect. Please be cautious, especially with larger orders. shirts and hoodies are great just can't figure out why they start in MS and make it to knoxville Tenn then to Chattanooga then to Nashville then back to knoxville and then finally to me in Kentucky I guess usps gets confused alot lol The vendor inaccurately weighed the order, resulting in additional postage fees upon delivery. The total value of the two items was $17 and $3, respectively. The outstanding postage fee was $43. I was informed that if I provided photographic evidence of the Post Office notice, the matter would be resolved. Despite waiting several weeks, no action was taken. I made multiple attempts to contact them via email and text message, but received no response. They failed to fulfill their commitment, and as a result, I will not be making any future purchases from this vendor. I advise against others doing business with them. Customer service gave vague responses with no real action.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
