Reviews (13)Bottle was missing inner cap which holds the snail head properly on the glass body, which wasn’t disclosed—so the head just barely “sits” on the body and is very, very lose. That said, shipping was fast and it was packaged excellent!Hi there nirvii! I’m so sorry about the mix up with the Avon bottle and that you’re not 100% happy. I went back and reviewed your receipt because I was sure we mentioned the lid missing and how the head just sat on the bottle. If you back your video receipt up to right before where it starts you will find that we did disclose the issue. We are brand new on whatnot but have been running live sales for years. This review really gets us off on the wrong foot here on whatnot. If you find in the video that we did mention the issue, I’d like to kindly ask that you update this review. ❤️ Oh my goodness!
