I opted for their much-raved-about 'Smoked Salmon Benedict,' while my partner tried the 'Pork Belly Hash.' We also shared a side of their famous 'Lemon Ricotta Pancakes' and a carafe of their house-infused Bloody Mary. The Benedict was a masterpiece: perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise, and generous, flavorful smoked salmon on a toasted English muffin. The potatoes served alongside were crisp, seasoned, and utterly divine. The Pork Belly Hash was equally impressive—tender, savory pork belly, perfectly cooked sweet potatoes, and a wonderfully balanced sauce.
