I’m sorry for the confusion. This was a character break, so each spot only receives that character’s card if it is pulled during the stream. Frogadier was not pulled in this break, so there was no Frogadier card for that spot to ship. For unpulled spots, we send bulk/reverse holo or better as described in the break format. Awesome seller, hooked it up even when my character didn’t hit! Highly recommend 100/10 thank you again ! 🔥 Always a blast with the boys!

It does not guarantee a Lt. Surge card if one is not pulled.
