Did a two part show and only received 1/2 my ordered. When i contacted her she said she is very careful in packing her orders and was my package opened when I received it?? I told her it had not been. She kept telling me she is so careful in packing her stuff. I spent hours watching that show picking out small items. I sent her pictures of the things i had picked out that were not in the box…. Actually every single item was not there from the second part of her show, she told me to contact Whatnot. I was given a refund for the second half of the order i did not receive. I was disappointed but realize things happen and someone else got the second half of my order. I thought …it is what it is ..UNTIL i just realized she blocked me from her show. So obviously she thought i received the items and tried to get a refund too. This made me upset. We all make mistakes but she refused to take responsibility and then blocked me. That is why i am Leaving my first bad review for a bad experience That had to be the most secure packaging I’ve seen in my life lol. There were 4 layers, but I’m not complaining because they were all in great condition. The seller was very nice and so were the pets :D Amazing!! Great seller!! love all my new pets!!
