I was not at fault w/the shipping issue & I still was willing 2 help out. That didn’t give u the right to NOT ship out the most expensive items I paid for to cover your cost. You first said a bag was missing, then confirmed you got it, and now claim multiple items are missing, which contradicts our conversation. Leaving a dishonest review affects my reputation.
