We no longer ship shoes in poly bags because of how damaged the bag gets before getting to you with heavy products like shoes. In the past when we’ve done this, product tends to fall out of the bag, or the bag rips once in the carrier’s possession and the mailing address is lost from the box. To ensure you get your product , and the address is on there , we do ship in boxes.
I’m sorry you didn’t care to get it in a box, it’s just the only way I know the shoes make it to you in a pair and to the correct address!
