Nice friendly seller ! I am formally demanding a refund for the delayed packages associated with this order. As a first-time purchaser on Whatnot, this experience has been completely unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in service. The tracking information now states the order was delivered; however, I have not received the package, nor have I picked anything up. The post office has confirmed they do not have it in their possession. Despite payment being processed in full, the items have not been delivered to me. This discrepancy, combined with the continued delay and lack of resolution, is not acceptable. I expect an immediate refund and prompt action to resolve this matter without further delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will dispute the charges on my end and pursue further action based on the poor service and failure to deliver the purchased items.
