I reach out to the seller and didn’t get a response I think as a good business person, you should be able to reply to messages. i had an empty bottle of collagen sent to me with very awful smell. some other supplies had leakages but i focused on the one that was empty. contacted the seller because I don't like leaving -ve reviews, it's more than a week, she has not bothered to reply me. One item was an empty container. I reached out and instead of a refund they offered me to get another for free in the next show but im not sure i want to buy more. One item was an empty container. Out of my ten items two were completely broken upon arrival. Both were boxed and not broken during transfer. Seller should check items before sending. Refunded immediately but would’ve liked the items instead. Every thing was great except for the ordinary hair serum I bought. it came in with over half the hair serum gone.
