Thank you for the follow up! I appreciate it. Thank you for the review!!! Received the lava lamp and it was broken. When you squeeze the balls don’t move. Can you send us a private message with some pictures? We will try to assist. The items I received are exactly what I had ordered. The picture in my delivery was different than the dumpling I ordered, but I did get the one I ordered. The packaging was interesting. I had a very hard Sam’s paper with plastic bags and then bubble wrapped lol. But overall I am satisfied with the order and they shipped out quickly. Very much appreciated. We have found that wrapping the items in plastic bags as well as placing them beside the items helps with heat as well as padding the outside of the box for when USPS tosses it around.
