I never recived my cars and I never even seen the package. the pi ture they took to show they dropped it off doesn't even look like my house , so im very disappointed because I really needed those cars and it was just a cool show to be a part of . it was also my first purchase as well , not the best experience at all .idk what I do now so.imJust feeling kinda upset . I do shop on this platform kinda often and have never had a problem before so its sucks .but the show I enjoyed and I would have loved the cars but the show was really fun .So... you left us a 1 star rating because your package wasn't delivered? Something that is out of our control once we drop it off to the post office? That has nothing to do with us once we ship it. You should reach out to usps and/or whatnot to see what they can do. Like I suggested when you messaged us. This should not have been projected/reflected onto our business. We did our part. I hope you get it worked out. Always a 10 with the Worden’s. They not only have great deals but fast shipping and everything was protected very well. Will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE!! They posted notes to read about new shipping policies from whatnot, basically they doubled my shipping charges. They charged max shipping on mainline orders and then charged max shipping on premium orders, when I questioned it they said it was whatnot making the change not them and to take it up with them . Thing is they changed their notes again with different shipping policies a couple of days after I questioned them . My order was placed , shipped, and received before new policy was to take effect and I was still double charged. Yes I got what I ordered but at double shipping cost I feel I shouldn’t have paid . Submitted 2 reviews since I had to pay shipping twice, read the other as well. Not happy about either of them . Was lied to and overcharged, guess that was on me 🤷. We were following shipping policy. As sellers we have to follow what Whatnot tells us to do when it comes to shipping. Any seller, that is following policy, will tell you the same. Whatnot updated shipping once again last week. Please contact Whatnot with any issues about your shipping costs, that is out of our control. We apologize for any miscommunication or wrongdoing you feel we have committed against you. God bless. Was lied to about item request to keep me in the room to buy other cars while the whole time they didn’t have it and at the end of the show they finally admitted to not having it and said they would get it for next show to join in and look for it . Complete waste of my time .Shows are random pulls. We literally see them right before the live does. You were told we didn't know if we had it or not. We would have to see what is pulled. No promises were made about having said product. No one made you stay in the show and buy.
