I reached out to the seller to let them know and told them I knew it was not their fault and sometimes things happen like this. Yesterday when I went to get my mail I had a package I and when I got home and opened it everything I had lost from the carrier was replaced of equal value. Customer service is excellent with kindness and quick responses. she was packed very well and survived the trip in really good condition. love her already 💕 love my new babies.
