I'm not sure if it was seller, or USPS, but the box was torn in the corner showing the inside of the box. The tape was off that sealed the box. Purchased two controllers. One controller works great, the other has rusted coils where the batteries insert. First bad experience with seller. I have purchased multiple times in the past.
