Reviews (5)This item was open and used. The lip product was not in its box and it was scratched up as well. Very upset. I wish you would have reached out before leaving a review. I have multiple of the same item and would have been happy to send a replacement. The listing also specifically said NWOB (new without box). I also shipped immediately and packaged it well so I think giving all 1s was unfair. Sorry for not opening the product before shipping. I had no reason to believe it had been used I have been looking for this, so glad to find a seller that had it in their BIN!
