It was an LOL bundle with lip balms, glosses, nail varnishes, perfumes etc, which about 80% of the products were used, some quite drastically. All of them are fit for the bin and can’t be used as a present now.
I did rewatch the video receipt and they didn’t state if it was new or used. They also weren’t sellotaped in the show, but were when they arrived, which unfortunately ended up taking some of the coating and colour taken off of some items, and also quite shocked how the seller somehow missed the used items, especially given how easy some lids were coming off some of them.
However the seller did give me the option of a teddy of my choice to replace it, but also lead to me being blocked by the seller!! Quite shocked and unprofessional, but glad they did as I won’t be coming back. This also reflects in my overall review.Everything came from a customer returns pallet there’s nothing we can do about the state and condition as is the norm about these pallets. As mentioned in our show notes which we encourage everyone to read. All beauty items are sellotaped before posting as standard procedure. We offered you a replacement regardless of what happened and it was payed for on our behalf and you still aren’t satisfied. Most sellers don’t even bother to do that and you still chose to leave a review like this. In future bid responsibly and read show notes Nice items

I will be happy to return in the future ty Great bargains but no protection when packaged, just put into a bag. Boxes came all squished and ripped - not suitable to gift. The packaging bag also had a rip in it but luckily Teddy was ok. If you had any issues you could’ve messaged first and we would’ve rectified it as mentioned in our bio and previous reviews everything arrived. very prompt. which was great, because wearing tie to a do tonight. Thank you again for all the amazing stuff it arrived safely packed and in great time, will be back again Very trustworthy people, will sort problems out really quickly if you have one which I did which was rectified asap which I really appreciate, as they didn’t have to so before you rate them if you have a problem message them and they will help you solve it they are a lovely mother and daughter pair and what a great pair they are very helpful, great packaging,super fast delivery and very reliable and helpful would definitely buy off them again and recommend them to anyone, so yeah guys give them a try and a chance to sort problems out for you first before you rate them,they will put it right as they are busy people and a mistake might happen if it does happen tell them first guys 10/10 in my book ,thank you ladies look forward to buying from use again keep up the great work 🙏🫶🏼 Thank you.
