Unfortunate miss. The disc was not set in the middle. Due to the fact that one of the three pins that helps snap the disc in the case was folded back. So it was only held by 2 of the 3 pins and fell out from delivery. It was really scratched up by the time it got to me. Just need to make sure all discs are secured properly in case before shipping.
