During the live stream, I clearly stated the bracelet was not silver, and when the buyer contacted me, I reviewed the recording and provided the exact timestamp confirming that disclosure. Instead of requesting a refund through Whatnot or continuing the conversation, communication stopped, and two weeks later this review appeared with personal accusations.
