Hi Amanda, I’m sorry you were unhappy. These press-on nails were purchased in June, and the review was left over a month later. I securely tape every package and have photos showing it was sealed before shipping. Once it is with the carrier, I cannot control damage or opening during transit. I wish you had contacted me first so I could have helped resolve the issue. Instead, my previous five-star rating was affected without being given the chance to make it right. She's fantastic, amazing, beautiful, hilarious! Why haven't you ordered from her yet? She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products that she sells and can make some great recommendations to help find you what your skin/hair care regime has been missing. Love everything!
