They were both putrefied and unsalvageable, soaked and disgusting. I’ve purchased 100+ plants on WhatNot and this was by far this worst experience. I reached out to her with pictures and she said she would send two new plants out the next day. She did not send them out and I messaged to check several times if she needed my address, what else I needed to do, status check, etc. She never responded after the initial message and I did not get the replacements she said she would ship out. Disappointing and dishonest. Beautiful plants! Very well packed. They were all a bit more wilted than expected but that's not the seller's fault. I believe it was because shipping took 7 days and the weather is hot. They are recovering nicely. Do not recommend. lack of communication and delayed shipping by the vendor cause 2 of the 4 plants to arrive dead. they were not packed very well and all the dirt and plants were floating in the box. never got my givy corn. very disappointed with my purchase and customer service. I must admit I was worried because unfortunately my order was caught at the post office due to the holiday but my plant arrived today and it looks great!!! Thank you! Quality item at a great price! Postal didn’t deliver on Thursday last week but instead on Monday so everything was thirsty. All are alive and well at the moment. Thanks Devon!! got my order and it was perfectly packaged and I'm more than happy with it. Definitely will be ordering again. Order was correct but very disappointed. The Alocasia and philodendron were shipped in a bag with some stuffing. The dirt was mostly out of the pots and all over the plants and muddy inside the bag. I don't usually rate like this, but I did message the seller and got no response, I also waited weeks before leaving the review to give time. my plants arrived a sloppy wet mess. I opened the box and it smelled like rotting decaying roots and soil. one plant our 5 have survived, the one plant was ok the brink of lifelessness, but I got it to bounce back and it's doing great now. 3 were DOA, 1 had a 10% chance, didn't make it, the other had a 25% chance and lived. I looked at the shipping and it took 6 days to get to me, I only live a time zone away in a very populated area of new England, one of its largest cities....it didn't sit outside, I opened it up the moment I got it. just sad by weird packaging, heavy HEAVY watering...these things were SOAKED.... shipping time...and non response from the seller. My plants arrived happy and well packed! The lives are always fun, absolutely will buy from her again! Plants arrived in great condition thanks Amazing! Packaged perfect and the plants are beautiful and thriving! fast paced fun show and so many great grabs.
