The item was circulated it was in a certificate package the side with bill on it was taped closed even says uncirculated I’m sorry if you are not satisfied but if you watch the video receipt you can clearly see the bill is circulated and there is tape on the holder. Seeing that you still made the purchase. Nowhere on the COA says it is “Uncirculated” nor did I say that in the stream. And the selling shipping profile clearly says banknotes - circulated. the seller is very professional and he make sure his costumer's is satisfied he goes above and beyond for his costumer's Thank you so much for the support!
