I am really sorry it leaked but it was a givvy and it seems like a courier issue more than anything as it was a sample bundle and face mask sent in a bubble envelope not sure how else i could have packaged the item . I always take pride in how i package items . If u had contacted me i would have resolved the issue but wasnt informed i feel this review is abit harsh for something that i paid out my own pocket to send to you Absolutely lovely items.
