absolutely horrible experience, pops came in dirty protectors with a single piece of bubble wrap around two pops not completely covering them both, there was a small amount of brown paper covering the bottom that wasn't covered they both got damaged in transit and had damged that wasn't shown on live, got an auto that had no bubble wrap or brown paper covering it at all, box sent in had no damage, then he gave me his phone number trying to do off the app transactions, then denied my refund becuase he wanted pops back that I would send him back there damaged I dont want them or want to sell damged items on my streams, then he called me rude for expressing my feelings about the entire transaction. buyers beware please stay away from sellers like thisA complete liar you are a grimy person, everything was wrapped perfectly and safely, you lied about dirty protectors shown on screen, also i offered to give u a full refund if u sent my pops back, which u said okay to, then refunded it with whatnot and then kept my pops which is fine because it didn’t come out of my pocket but do not lie in the review because i wouldn’t issue a refund for a $125 pop that is autographed, you wanted to get it for free and i was not gonna let that happen, you are a liar and should not be allowed on this app, you want it for free and failed so you got angry. One funko pop survived the trip due to having a protector, i hate leaving bad reviews, but when i reached out to seller he was rude is his responses, stating i was out to scam him. I have no need to gain from a couple of bucks. Funko pops where damaged due to usps mishandling and damaged in transit i explained he was happy to hear it , anf refused my refund, i did also mentioned i knew it wasn’t his fault, but then he just blocked me ,i would hope for him just to be more understanding and i wouldn’t ever filed a claim. He also mentioned i was at a lost , because he show notes stating funko pops may be damaged and thats why he does not do refunds, i mentioned clearly in the video the was no damage, but he insisted its his show and thats how he operates. Also this itmes where shoved in a box with no leg room , to help avoid any ding .yes box came crushed , and this was ghe after math!there are multiple false things in this review, you say had i been nicer you wouldn’t have filed a claim The first form of contact we made was you filing for a refund so that is a lie, secondly the show your talking about was titled “$1 starts probably damaged” and yours was damaged as stated and shown. 3rd you don’t get to say it was not my fault but then leave me a review that is 1 star if it is not my fault. Now 4th it is completely false that they were jammed in a box, is packed with extra room. 5th.
