Charming pair of hand-painted blue and white porcelain fish salt and pepper shakers. Each plump little fish features cobalt blue brushwork—scales, fins, and big round eyes—on a soft white ground, in a classic chinoiserie/Asian-inspired style. Cheerful curled tails and a glossy glaze. Original rubber stoppers may or may not be present (check the base).
