Will definitely shop this seller again ❤️ She came a little sad but sprung right back up with some water and sun. seller shipped plants out 30 days after initial purchase. All the plants were wrapped in plastic causing them to boil during shipping. I spent a great deal of money on beautiful plants, that when unboxed, were mushy with brown dried up leaves. Her lack of concern and communication is appalling. I cannot in good faith recommend this seller. I for one will stay as far away as possible. No second chance s considering the other similar bad reviews she has received . Buyer beware . I’ve bought from Amber enough times to know better, yet here I am. The plants always arrive happy and healthy, and her deals are the kind that make you buy things you didn’t know you needed. Every time I tell myself I’m just going to look, I somehow end up with more plants. Great seller, great plants, and apparently zero respect for my available shelf space. I'm not sure why this seller has blocked me! I guess so I can't tell about her plants I purchased! For one I received 5 self watering pots without inserts! How can the be self watering pots? 1 had and insert! also I have been buying from her for a while and it's been great ! Things happen out of her control but she took it personal! It was shipping, but my other order my monstrea aurea took way to long for her to ship! I messaged her several times and she stated it's going out , two weeks later and it shows up in sad shape! I know plants get stressed from shipping! but this was unacceptable the way she handle the whole transaction! You can't hide just because you block someone! I'm sure I'm not the only one you have treated this way! I actually fell sorry for you and will pray for you! This seller has been supposed to send me a plant she asked for tip for, for two months! Finally got her to send it, and it’s dead. It’d be fine if this wasn’t the first dead plant package but it’s about the third. It’s upsetting and unprofessional and I truly hate to negatively review her. Very happy with the plants thank you. I don’t know that I have ever given a bad review. But I feel I have been really patient with the seller. I’ve also looked through some of her recent reviews and see that other people has had the same issue. I ordered my plants on 5/2. I received a picture of them in a box the same day. I messaged the seller on May 11 because they had not been shipped yet. The seller did not respond until May 13. Plants were received at the post office on May 14. So at this time the plants were in a box for 12 days. Plants were received on May 18. There was one corm that was completely rotten. There was two corns that were missing. All of the plants were dry. They are basically rehab plants at this point. One of them pretty sure it’s going to die, but I’m gonna try to save it. I didn’t order rehab plants, but that is what I have now. I wanted to work with the seller before this review, but she has been non-responsive. And I don’t want her to say this is a carrier issue. plants are always in great shape thank you very much packaging is always done with great care Stellar packaging, sturdy box, hydrated plants, beautiful plants! Thank you! Post office did a number on my package but at no fault of the seller. Good prices, good plants and good seller. Thanks❤️ These got here 3 weeks after purchase and all are barely alive 😔 Great host! Beautiful plants! Will shop again! ❤️ Ty it died because it arrived sopping wet and never recovered from the extremely overwaterering and dense soil it was in. Very dissatisfied. Plants are beautiful and healthy
