Thank you. packaging was good. one pot was damaged in transit. two pots were completely missing. Seller has communicated with me on the broken and missing pots which i appreciate. But there was a family emergency so products weren't sent out right away and I had to message Seller to find out what was going on. As a seller I would have messaged any buyers and let them know I had an emergency and products will be sent out later than anticipated. Buyer shouldn't have to reach out. im very sorry one broke, and I specifically remember packing all of your pots, because I even wrote a funny on one of them cuz of the type of pot it was, plus i no longer have them here at my home... however wether or not u were being honest bout that i mentioned telling whatnot so they could refund you.. but I never got to finish resolving with you b4 you rated.. also I was 3 days late sending out, yes.. but I do mention in EVERY show in my show notes how long it may take me, I am the only one who packs and ships.. a refund was never asked for which leads me to believe other senarios Love my plants and gifts!
