I stumbled upon this seller. What a great person Ms. Amber is. She has an amzing variety of plants and priced more than fair. Bought a few plants. Her packaging is beyond great. Everyrhing arrived alive and well. Will be ordering again. Thank you. Nice seller! Great packaging! Everything showed up and looked okay. There was a delay in shipping due to a few factors, so a few leaves had yellowed, so I had to remove them, but they overall look happy and healthy 😁. I'm sure when I order more stuff, the delivery will go smoother ☺️. I went into Amber’s show with a simple plan: behave myself. Amber clearly didn’t get the memo. 😂 The plants are gorgeous, healthy, and arrived in fantastic condition. She’s fun, she’s kind, and she’s dangerously good at convincing people they have room for “just one more.” Excellent packing. Beautiful plants. Bought a few and after traveling stress recovery, they are doing great and thriving, thank you so much 😊 Communication with the seller was amazing. The knowledge and care for the plants was spot on. Will definitely shop this seller again ❤️ She came a little sad but sprung right back up with some water and sun. seller shipped plants out 30 days after initial purchase. All the plants were wrapped in plastic causing them to boil during shipping. I spent a great deal of money on beautiful plants, that when unboxed, were mushy with brown dried up leaves. Her lack of concern and communication is appalling. I cannot in good faith recommend this seller. I for one will stay as far away as possible. No second chance s considering the other similar bad reviews she has received . Buyer beware .I dont Wrap plants in plastic this had to be a mistake, and there wasn't a lack of concern they messaged me like a month ago bout their order how it was stuck and delayed and I expressed how I hope they arrive soon n if they didnt arrive well after being stuck they could get a refund. then like a month later they decided to finally leave this review... I mean after that long, i see why they arrived sad, so sorry n hope u get ur refund.. I’ve bought from Amber enough times to know better, yet here I am. The plants always arrive happy and healthy, and her deals are the kind that make you buy things you didn’t know you needed. Every time I tell myself I’m just going to look, I somehow end up with more plants. How can the be self watering pots? 1 had and insert! also I have been buying from her for a while and it's been great ! Things happen out of her control but she took it personal! It was shipping, but my other order my monstrea aurea took way to long for her to ship! I messaged her several times and she stated it's going out , two weeks later and it shows up in sad shape! I know plants get stressed from shipping! but this was unacceptable the way she handle the whole transaction! You can't hide just because you block someone! I did state in my last show in the notes that this one would take longer to ship out because it was my biggest show I have held and to please have patience. I received my 8 plants after a delay in shipping! 2 plants die and the others were very stressed out! I purchased the monstrea aurea! $145.00 and it looks very stressed out which makes me very sad! it was shipped bare root which I wasn't aware of but hopefully it will be fine! fingers crossed 🤞! I just think I'm done buying plants online! Blessings Kat kittykat17 ❤️🩷❤️im sorry u lost 2 due to the carriers delay and them having to sit over a weekend, and I saw photos and I really feel like photos should be able to be added to reviews cuz there was only slightly browning on the leaves she was other wise in very beautiful healthy condition. I shipped with her dirt and not in the big pot it was in, with the weight distribution it would have gotten smashed so I didnt pack it with it, buyer sent photos of the box beat up im very positive If I shipped with that heavy pot, the aurea would've been crushed to pieces. im sry I did what I thought was best for the plant Fast shipping she’s beautiful Great seller, excellent packaging, and beautiful plants received.
