Hey, I'm absolutely thrilled to be on this app and meet all the new planty peeps that have been more than refreshing to meet and make friends with. I do gifts during holidays. i will always have a variety of indoor and outdoor, especially perrenials.. i ship most of my plants in thier pots unless they're cuts or corms.. For winter shipping or cold weather I DO NOT use heat packs. I use insulated packing and ship in pots and also double or triple box. my ship rate is 9 out of 10 successfully happy and healthy beauties.. IF any issues please reach out, I'd be more than happy to help... it's absolutely important you reach out rather than impacting my seller profile harshly than giving me a chance to fix it
