Beautiful vintage Fukagawa Arita porcelain ashtray, hand-painted in Japan, featuring a delicate gold and black landscape/tree motif with elegant gold trim. The underside is clearly marked “Fukagawa – Arita – Hand Painted – Made in Japan – Pattern No. 901.” Fukagawa is a well-known Japanese porcelain maker from the famous Arita porcelain region, celebrated for producing fine-quality ceramics. This ashtray likely dates to the 1950s–1970s, making it a lovely Mid-Century Japanese collectible. Measures approximately 3” in diameter x 1¼” tall. Condition is good vintage condition
