Charming vintage hand-carved wooden bowl shaped like a long-billed duck or waterfowl. The bowl is carved directly into the bird’s body, while the elongated neck, head and bill create a distinctive sculptural handle. The wood has developed a warm, naturally aged appearance with visible grain, knots, color variations and carving marks that give it wonderful primitive folk-art character. A great piece for rustic, farmhouse, cabin, cottage or collected vintage décor. Display it empty as a sculptural accent or use it to hold small decorative items. Measures approximately 11 inches long overall and about 4 inches wide at the bowl.
