Authentic ancient Judaean bronze prutah traditionally known as the Biblical “Widow’s Mite.” Issued under Hasmonean king Alexander Jannaeus (Yehonatan), 103–76 BC, Jerusalem Mint. Classic type featuring an eight-rayed star/diadem with Paleo-Hebrew inscription and inverted anchor with Greek legend. Approx. 13.1 mm and 0.79 g. Hendin 1150/6189 family, likely 1150c/6189c. Coin shows substantial ancient wear, surface deposits and weak/missing portions of the legends, but identifiable design elements remain. Over 2,000 years old.
