This is an authentic antique Victorian opaque pink milk glass sugar shaker / muffineer (c. late 19th century), produced in the embossed "Forget-Me-Not" melon-rib pattern (attributed to Consolidated Lamp & Glass Co.). Molded in rich strawberry-pink opaque glass with a glossy finish, the globular body is divided into puffed melon lobes adorned with embossed relief floral blossoms and foliage extending into a segmented star-pointed base. The top is fitted with its original domed metal shaker cap with a pierced starburst sifter pattern. Condition is excellent antique with no chips, cracks, or fleabites to the glass body; the threads are clean and intact, and the metal lid shows natural age patina and light surface oxidation. Measures about 3 3/4 inches tall.
