This is an original 1916 membership union card for The Order of Railroad Telegraphers, issued to Harry Sheaffer. Printed on bright yellow cardstock with rounded corners, the front features ornate typography, an embossed circular emblem from the Grand Division, and printed signatures of President H.B. Perham and Grand Secretary/Treasurer L.W. Quick. The card is stamped "Good until December 31st 1916 unless revoked." The reverse side indicates Division 17 (Penna. Sys.), Certificate No. 1414, and Card No. 37618, complete with Harry Sheaffer's handwritten signature in ink and a large red 1916 overprint. Measures approximately 3.75 by 2.25 inches.
