Vintage Wony Ltd. Italy faux jade figurine depicting Shou Lao/Shou Xing, the traditional Chinese God of Longevity. Approximately 4" tall including black base. Made of translucent green molded resin designed to resemble carved jade, with detailed beard, robes, staff and gourd. Original pink underside label reads “Made Exclusively for Wony Ltd. Italy.” Wony produced Asian-inspired decorative figures primarily during the 1960s-70s. Black base has scratches, edge wear and visible adhesive around the figure attachment which appears to be from a previous repair to the base. No chips or cracks to figurine noted (At first I thought there was damage to the top of the staff but in comparing to other images of the same figurine it appears to be how it was made).
